Free with my Kisses

Addison is such a happy ~ sweet baby, always has been. She has been able to give kisses for a long, long time now, but more recently (past couple months) really puckers up when you ask for a kiss. It is so funny! When I drop her off at my Nana's house once a week to be watched while I go to work, it takes me about 3 minutes once I walk out of the house to actually leave. She will stand at their glass door and pucker so big, so of course I have to open the door and give her kisses. This goes on and on. Eventually I just kiss her through the glass as the last "good bye" kiss. I am sad to think of the day she won't want to give her mom big ol' kisses anymore. :-(
Well, when we were getting her Spring / Easter pics done at Gardner Village she was really distracted by the animals they have drawn on the barn (she loves animals). So, Justin thought it would be cute to have her give "kisses" to the pig. We took her over there, and she did just as asked. It is now one of my favorite pictures and I thought I'd share with you all. We hope you all enjoy your Spring time and remember to give "kisses" to all the people you love!!

Seriously...?

So, this happened a few weeks ago, but I thought I'd share with everyone. Addison loves to color and draw. I bought some washable markers at the store one day and thought I'd let her color with them. I gave her a couple of them and was sitting there coloring with her. She was doing really good, so I thought I'd run upstairs and put the laundry away...BIG MISTAKE! When I got back down stairs she had colored everything EXCEPT the paper. The paper was on the floor somewhere and she had marker stains in her mouth, her hair & all over her hands and face. UGH! What a mess! Thank goodness she was in her highchair and thank goodness the markers were washable!

Our Story :)

Justin and I met 6 years ago, and have been married now for 3. We have a beautiful daughter, Addison who will be 2 in August. We built a home in Herriman, and love being close to the mountains...we actually have deer in our neighborhood, and sometimes in our yard.
We love our family and friends, but struggle to find a lot of time to spend with them! We enjoy camping, boating (Justin loves to fish), 4x4ing and MOAB. We like playing the Wii and Guitar Hero, and really enjoy relaxing at home.
